Proctor Auctions welcomes both public and dealers. Our friendly staff is always willing to answer questions and help those who have never been to an auction or purchased items via online auction before. There is no fee at all register for one of our auctions -- you just need a valid credit card to register for a profile. If you prefer, you can come in and we will be happy to help you get your online bidding account set up. 

We are open to preview auction items from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. approximately a week prior to each auction until the time of the auction on auction day, and multiple photos of each item are always posted online. If you have specific questions about an item or would like a detailed report, please give us a call at 252-631-1435 and we will do our best to assist you.  

Pick Up/Delivery: 

Help is typically available to assist with loading auction items at no charge (tips accepted and appreciated). We do our best to have loading help, but it is not guaranteed. The same guys that help load also bring in all of the great items to sell! If help is needed, please call ahead to confirm. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping materials.

Shipping: 

Nationwide shipping available in house for small items. After the auction you'll receive your receipt through email. Please reply to that message to arrange shipping. Small items are shipped via FedEx and charged at actual shipping rate. Nominal packing fees of $5-$15 per box (not per item) are charged. For larger auctions please allow extra time for packing and shipping - we do our best to get your items out as expeditiously as possible.

We are a high volume auction business and, though we make great efforts to photograph damage or above normal wear and tear based on the age and use of each item, we are simply not able to catch every flaw on every item.  We remind you that items are sold as-is, where-is.  If you would like more detailed photos or condition report, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. We do not try and hide flaws to get a big price on one item - our business model depends on return customers. We want you to be happy with your purchase and buy again.

Terms of Sale: 

All items SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS.

ALL SALES FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

18% Buyer's Premium added to all purchases. 

Total tickets over $5,000 WIRE TRANSFER, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR CASH ONLY. 

All other purchases payment via credit or debit card. No checks.

Sales tax of 6.75% collected unless tax ID number on file. 

Credit card on file will be charged at conclusion of auction. 

Shipping available with reasonable packing fees plus actual shipping via major carrier.

Items left on premises after this period are considered abandoned and FOREFITED.
