We are currently accepting full and partial estates and other quality items on consignment (or, in select cases, by outright purchase) for sale through our bi-weekly high volume auctions.  We are able to act on estate calls very quickly.  


We are available to conduct business liquidation sales as well, whether on your premises our ours.


We can accomodate you by picking up full or partial estates and business inventory to be auctioned in our modern, 17,000 square foot facility in the heart of New Bern, or you may bring your items directly to us.  All items are handled with the utmost honesty, integrity, and professionalism.


We sell everything from the dishes in the kitchen to the cars in the garage, and are always on the look out for quality consignments. We use the "auction standard" computer system to inventory and keep track of your items and we ensure that you receive timely payment after the auction.  


If you have items you are interested in selling through our auction, the first step in the process is to email us at Please include pictures and/or a brief list of the items you are interested in selling in the email.


At this time we are not accepting smalls/glassware/collectibles on consignment unless they are a portion of an entire estate.


How does it work?

We realize auctions aren't something most people deal with on a regular basis, and at times our services are needed during a difficult period in your life. We do our best to make the process as easy as possible.


Here's a quick step-by-step of the process:

  1. Contact us to schedule a phone or in-person consultation.
  2. Speak with Justin to discuss options, needs, commission rates, and any fees.
  3. Sign a contract, which includes the agreed upon list of inventory to be sold at auction, an approximate date of sale, and other terms noted above.
  4. Schedule a time to bring your items to our facility or pick up by our staff.
  5. We enter all your items into our computerized inventory system and assign them to you, so a sales report is easily generated after the auction.
  6. Items are photographed and advertised to be sold.
  7. Items are sold at auction (currently all online due to pandemic).
  8. Within 15-30 days after the completion of the auction, checks, an itemized list of items sold and prices realized, and a settlement sheet are sent to consignor for countersignature.
  9. Any remaining items not sold at are held over and sold at a following auction, with a separate settlement to follow.

That's it!  We handle these cases on a daily basis, and do our best to make the process as seamless as possible.
