We realize auctions aren't something most people deal with on a regular basis, and at times our services are needed during a difficult period in your life. We do our best to make the process as easy as possible.
Here's a quick step-by-step of the process:
That's it! We handle these cases on a daily basis, and do our best to make the process as seamless as possible.
All items are sold without reserve.

We can cater our services to your needs - from whole house clean outs to select consignments. The longer we have been in business, the more specializied we have become iat marketing and selling specific items. As a result, we typically sell select pieces and donate/dispose of less appropriate items, as we have a finite amount of lots that can be processed in a given time period. As an example, it is much more advantageous to both parties for the solid wood bedroom set to be sold than the set of 16 mismatched coffee cups.
Usually, items are handled on a commission only basis with no other fees. Exceptions include travel outside of our immediate service area, excessive cleaning, etc.
For normal home goods/furniture/accessories we sell on the following commission schedule:
Drop off by consignor at our facility - 60/40 split (Consignor receiving 60%)
Pick up/moving by us - 50/50 split
Specialty or high end items can be handled on a case by case basis. Our favorite example: If you bring in a $10,000 piece of jewelry we can sell it at a lower commission rate than sending multiple employees and trucks out to move furniture and home goods.
We can accomodate you by picking up items from your home, business, or storage. Drop off consignments accepted Monday & Tuesday during normal business hours. Please contact us before bringing items for consignment. All items are handled with the utmost honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
We specialize in furniture, antiques, crystal, sets of china, artworks, etc and are always on the look out for quality consignments and collections. We use the "auction standard" computer system to inventory and keep track of your items and we ensure that you receive timely payment after the auction.
If you have items you are interested in selling through our auction, the first step in the process is to email us at info@proctorauctions.com. Please include pictures and/or a brief list of the items you are interested in selling in the email.
