We always strive to offer quality items through consignment or outright purchase in our auctions, and we are able to act on estates very quickly. All items are handled with the utmost honesty, integrity, and professionalism.


We are happy to accomodate by bringing full or partial estates into our modern, 17,000 square foot facility to be auctioned. Items can be picked up by our staff or you can bring your items to the auction facility yourself. We sell everything from the dishes in the kitchen to the cards in the garage, and are always on the look out for quality consignments, and we handle the process from start to finish for you. We use a state of the art computer system to inventory and keep track of your items, and ensure you receive timely payment after the auction.


If you have items you are interested in selling through our auction, the first step in the process is to email us at Please include pictures and/or a brief list of the items you are interested in selling in the email.


At this time we are not accepting smalls/glassware/collectibles on consignment unless they are a portion of an entire estate.

How does it work?

We realize this isn't something people deal with on a regular basis, and at times our services are needed during difficult periods in one's life. We do our best to make the process as easy as possible.


Here's a quick step-by-step of the process:

  1. Contact us for a phone or in person consultation.
  2. Justin will meet with you to discuss options, needs, and commission rates.
  3. Contract is signed and inventory of items to be sold is made.
  4. A time will be scheduled to get the items to our facility. Either by consignor drop off, or our crew will pick up and transport the items.
  5. Items are entered into our computerized inventory system to ensure the correct consignor receives credit when their item sells.
  6. Items are phtographed and advertised to be sold.
  7. Items are sold at auction.
  8. Within 14 days following the completion of the auction, checks, an itemized printout of items sold and prices realized, and a settlement sheet are sent to consignor. 
  9. Any remaining items not sold at are held over and sold at a following auction, with a separate settlement to follow.

That's it! We handle these cases on a daily basis, and do our best to make the process as seamless as possible.
